Zippers are very difficult

I wanted to love this purse but the zippers are very difficult. It's very frustrating being in the checkout and trying to zip these. U have to try to hold both sides together while zipping it.

Defective bag

My experience with you company has been a nightmare, the bag the company sent me was defective, it took me more than 3 weeks to get a response from the company to return the bag and of course They never gave me my money back, it's a crappy company, I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a waste of money and too much stress, their employees are not professionals, they don't know anything about anything and when i asked for a refund of the money paid for a defective bag, they never respond.
