Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please note that shipping timeframes may vary depending on the destination and product availability. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Please note that additional customs fees or duties may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated, some carriers might take longer to scan and update your tracking.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Certain products may also have additional shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or legal regulations. These restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or if the customer fails to collect the package from the carrier's designated location, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment or package retrieval. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you in resolving the issue.
